What is Vampire?
Vampire Resto Bar at Gravity is a resto bar in Pondicherry built around food, conversation and an easy pace. Some guests still know it as Vampire Club or simply Vampire Bar — it's the same space, now run as a dedicated resto bar on Gravity's ground floor. You'll find the Vampire sign once you're inside the building.
A dedicated ground-floor resto bar
Gravity has two very different spaces under one roof. Vampire, on the ground floor, is the bar and restaurant side: tables, food from the kitchen and a setting where you can hear each other. Gravity Nightclub, on the third floor, is where the DJ and dance floor are.
Keeping them apart means you can pick the evening you want. If you're after a restaurant with a bar in Pondicherry rather than a dance floor, Vampire is the one.
Lunch at Vampire
Vampire opens at 11 AM, so it's an easy lunch stop if you're on MG Road or walking back from the seafront. Starters, mains and burgers come from the same kitchen as the rest of Gravity, and the team can adjust spice levels on request.
Dinner and evenings
In the evening Vampire stays a sit-down space — good for a proper dinner, a slow catch-up or a table that lingers. The resto bar runs until 12 midnight. If the group wants to dance after dinner, Gravity Nightclub upstairs opens at 6 PM.
Food and menu
The kitchen covers Continental, Indian and Chinese dishes, with plenty of vegetarian options. Every dish and price is on the full food menu, so you can plan before you arrive.

Near MG Road, Rock Beach and White Town
Vampire is on the ground floor at 410 MG Road, Muthialpet — around 800 metres from Rock Beach and the White Town area, close enough to walk over after an evening by the water. There's no Vampire sign on the road itself; look for the Gravity building and you'll find Vampire on the ground floor.
