This policy explains what information Gravity collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. By submitting a form on this site you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

• Details you give us: your name, mobile number, optional email address, preferred date and time, number of guests, occasion and any notes you add to a reservation or enquiry form.
• Technical and campaign data: the page you arrived on, the referring website, and campaign parameters such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, gclid and fbclid. These are stored in your browser for the duration of your visit and attached to a form only when you submit one.
• Usage data: aggregated, non-identifying statistics from analytics and advertising tools, such as pages viewed and general location at city level.

We do not ask for and do not want payment card numbers, identity document numbers or any other sensitive personal information through this website.

How we use your information

• To contact you about the reservation or enquiry you submitted.
• To confirm availability, hold your table and plan your event.
• To send the menu or event details when you ask us for them.
• To understand which campaigns and pages lead to enquiries, so we can improve the website and spend our advertising budget sensibly.

We contact you about offers or events only if you have asked us to. Every such message includes a way to opt out, and you can also tell us on WhatsApp or by phone.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run this website and our operations: our hosting and database provider, which stores form submissions securely; analytics and advertising platforms, which receive aggregated event data rather than your contact details; and messaging services such as WhatsApp when you choose to contact us that way. Providers may process data outside India under their own terms and safeguards.

Cookies and similar technologies

This site uses a small amount of browser storage to keep your campaign parameters for the current session, and analytics or advertising cookies to measure performance. See our Cookie Policy for details and controls.

How long we keep it

Reservation and enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months so we can serve returning guests and reconcile our booking history, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Aggregated analytics data is retained according to the platform's own retention settings.

Security

Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection and are stored in a managed database with access restricted to authorised team members. No system is perfectly secure, but we review access regularly and collect only what we need.

Your choices

• Ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
• Ask us to delete your enquiry record.
• Withdraw consent for marketing messages at any time.

This website is intended for adults making reservations. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Families are very welcome at the venue, and bookings should be made by an adult.
