House Rules

A handful of rules keeps the room enjoyable for everyone — families, friends and first-time guests alike.

Respect for other guests

We ask everyone to be courteous to fellow guests, performers and our team. Behaviour that disturbs others, including aggressive language or unwanted attention, means we will ask you to leave.

Dress code

Smart casual. Comfortable, presentable clothing and footwear are all we ask. We may decline entry for attire that is unsuitable for a family-friendly dining room.

Children and families

Families are welcome. Please keep children seated with your group, especially near service paths and the stage area, and supervise them at all times.

Music and sound

Live music evenings are louder than regular service. If you prefer a quieter table, tell us when booking and we will seat you away from the stage.

Photography and filming

Personal photos are welcome. Please avoid flash near the stage and be mindful of other guests in frame. Commercial shoots, drones and tripods need prior permission. During events we occasionally photograph the venue for our own channels; tell a team member if you would rather not appear.

Outside food, decor and cakes

Outside food is not permitted, with one happy exception: celebration cakes are welcome and a nominal service charge may apply. For balloons, banners or other decor, please clear it with us in advance so we can allow setup time.

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed in the dining area, in line with applicable regulations. Our team can point you to the designated area.

Reserved tables and seating

Seating is assigned by our team to balance the floor. We will do our best to honour preferences, but specific tables cannot be guaranteed. See our Reservation & Cancellation Policy for holding times.

Belongings and safety

Please keep personal belongings with you; we cannot accept liability for items left behind, though lost property is held for seven days. Follow our team's instructions in any emergency.

Right of admission

Admission is reserved, and we may refuse or withdraw entry to keep the venue safe and pleasant for all guests.
