Reservation requests are requests, not confirmations

Submitting a form starts a conversation. A table or event slot is confirmed only when a member of our team confirms it with you by phone, WhatsApp or email. Availability changes quickly on weekends and event nights.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep menus, timings, pricing indications and event line-ups accurate, but they can change without notice. Dish availability depends on the day's produce. Nothing on this site is a binding offer.

Intellectual property

The Gravity name, logo, text, photography, layout and design on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may share links to the site freely. Reproducing our content elsewhere requires written consent.

Third-party links

The site links to third-party services such as Google Maps, WhatsApp, Instagram and YouTube. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

Limitation of liability

Visits to Gravity are also subject to our House Rules and Reservation & Cancellation Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Puducherry have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
