Cookie Policy
Last updated: August 2026
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Browser storage such as sessionStorage works similarly. This page explains what we use and why.
What we use
- Essential session storage: when you arrive from an advertisement or a link with campaign parameters, we keep those values (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, gclid, fbclid), the landing page and the referrer in your browser's session storage. They are attached to a form only if you submit one, and they are cleared when you close the tab.
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4 cookies help us count visits and see which sections people read. The data is aggregated.
- Advertising: Google Ads and Meta Pixel cookies let us measure which campaigns lead to enquiries and reduce wasted spend.
- Embedded map: the Google Maps embed loads only after you click to load it, so its cookies are not set unless you choose to view the map.
We do not use cookies to build profiles for sale, and we do not store your contact details in a cookie.
How to control cookies
Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies from its settings, usually under Privacy. Blocking essential session storage may mean we cannot tell which campaign brought you here, which does not affect your booking. You can also opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on, and adjust ad personalisation in your Google and Meta account settings.
Changes
If we add or remove a measurement tool, we will update this page with a new "last updated" date.
